DMCA Policy

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a DMCA Counter-Notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Your Counter-Notification must include the following information:
- Identification of the material removed: Identify the specific material that was removed or disabled and the location (e.g., URL(s)) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your contact information: Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Roasted Mushrooms may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
