Roasted Mushrooms respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for counter-notifying if your content has been removed by mistake or misidentification.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Roasted Mushrooms website or online service, please send a written DMCA Notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, please provide a representative list of such works.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a DMCA Counter-Notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Your Counter-Notification must include the following information:

  • Identification of the material removed: Identify the specific material that was removed or disabled and the location (e.g., URL(s)) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Roasted Mushrooms may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or physical signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature.
